Individually hand-made In The Stars Mini Heart piece by A Boy Named Aaron. You can customise this mini heart with two peoples initials, written in the glittered stars of the night sky! Each heart comes ready to wall hang.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PERSONALISE HEART: 
1. Add the heart to your shopping cart. 
2. Use the notes in checkout to type your custom initials. 
3. Provide the initials in order as you'd like them to appear top to bottom. 
4. Initials are only divided with heart & arrow & finished with stars as shown.
