Heartbroken

A message for my loyal customers, supporters and friends.

This month, my New Year started with the news of my younger sister passing away suddenly. I'm absolutely heartbroken and feel for her three young children. I come from a small family, and with the recent loss of my parents this had me feeling lost, alone and vulnerable.

I've been supported with so many encouraging messages, love and the thoughtful gestures of so many; which has provided me comfort.

Having posted an announcement on social media, sometime shortly overcoming the shock of this news; I'd hoped that the message would reach many of those seeking an update on a pending order.

I do apologise for any confusion or lack of communication with you all during this difficult time.

I'm back working in my studio, busy creating and making my products. Casting wall tiles, painting and illustrating; along with the packing and booking of deliveries - I do it all, everything!

I endeavour to have all your orders with you ASAP, but hope I have your understanding requiring nothing more than additional time to complete the works and arrange deliveries for items I'm able to supply from stock on hand.

All emails will be responded to as quickly as possible, and if you do have any concerns or questions I'm here to help you.

Ultimately, I'm so grateful for the support, I wouldn't be here without you!
